Registration packages will cover conference access, morning and afternoon refreshments, the Welcome Reception,
three lunches, the conference material, including the detailed program and the summaries.
Early registration rates will be available until August 18th 2019.

Payment of the registration fee is possible only online.

- On-line payment (paybox system) - All credit cards are accepted except American Express
(transaction costs too high).
You will be redirected to a secure online payment site after completing the registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund of registration fees may be possible only in case of force majeure.
Cancellation request must be written and sent to h2061-tlse-registration@sciencesconf.org before July 22nd, 2018.
Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund.
